Open the App Store on your iPhone → tap your profile icon → Subscriptions → GlpStack → Cancel Subscription. You can also manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions.
Refund requests are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your GlpStack purchase.
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your data from our systems. You can also email privacy@glpstack.org to request deletion.
Our AI food scanning provides estimates based on visual analysis. Accuracy depends on photo quality and food visibility. For precise tracking, you can edit any values after scanning or search our food database manually.
Yes. With your permission, GlpStack can sync weight, nutrition, and activity data with Apple HealthKit. You can manage these permissions in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → GlpStack.
