1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GlpStack ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GlpStack is a health companion app for people on GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro. The App provides:

Personalized supplement stack recommendations based on your medication and health profile
AI-powered food scanning and calorie tracking
Symptom and injection tracking
Supplement conflict detection and timing guidance
Nutrition and health progress monitoring

3. Medical Disclaimer

GlpStack is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The supplement recommendations, nutrition information, and health guidance provided by the App are for general informational purposes only and are not intended to:

Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition
Replace professional medical advice or treatment
Be used as the sole basis for health decisions

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, medication, or health regimen. If you experience a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use GlpStack. By using the App, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. The App is not intended for use by minors.

5. Account Registration

To use GlpStack, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

6. Subscription and Billing

GlpStack offers a subscription-based premium tier. By subscribing you agree to the following:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
Prices are subject to change with notice

Free trial periods, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content
Misrepresent your identity or health information in a way that could harm others

8. Intellectual Property

GlpStack and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by GlpStack and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of GlpStack is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlpStack disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab in the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
